Creador Invests $18Mn in iValue InfoSolutions Private Limited

BENGALURU / NEW DELHI, India – May 21, 2019 – Sundara (Mauritius) Limited, an affiliate of Creador has invested Rs 1.25 billion (approximately USD 18 million) for a minority stake in iValue InfoSolutions Private Limited (iValue). iValue is Creador’s 31st investment since inception in 2011 and its 11th investment in India.

iValue is a Premium Valued Added Distributor (VAD), providing Solutions and associated services around Data, Network and Application (DNA of every business) area for Indian Enterprises. DNA protection and management are the two fastest growing segments of India’s enterprise IT market.

iValue has a direct partnership with over 35 global OEMs comprising of more than 100+ niche solutions with over 700 system integrators/partners to provide solutions for its over 6,000 enterprise and corporate customers. It has a direct sales presence across 13+ locations across India and select cities abroad with customer and channel focused teams addressing pre-sales, sales & post sales requirements across multiple industry verticals.

The company was founded in 2008 by enthusiastic team of industry veterans spearheaded by S. Sriram. They are alumni of Wipro Group.

The company has shown strong historical financial performance, delivering a revenue growth of over 30%, and net profit growth of over 45% during the last 5 years with average RoEs of over 35% during this period. This growth has been built on the back of a strong relationship with its OEMs, partners/system integrators and end customers.
